Turning Up the Heat: How We Made the SUPA Heater Even Better!

This week, we’re excited to release the new and improved SUPA heater, now featuring twelve awesome new upgrades. When we kicked off SUPA Products Ltd in 2023 with our very first product—the SUPA heater—we made a promise: we’d keep pushing to be better. Better products, better service, and better experiences for you. Fast forward to mid-August 2024, and we’re buzzing to announce that our SUPA heater Gen 2 is officially here and ready to ship!  

We’ve packed in twelve new features, and while you might not notice all the changes right away, those of you with the Gen 1 model will definitely appreciate the upgrades. We’re all about making real improvements, not just talking the talk. 

Here’s What’s New with the Gen 2: 

• New Cowl Design: Made from shot-blast stainless steel, the new design is better at keeping water out, making it perfect for use in all kinds of weather. 

• Enhanced Water Resistance: We’ve added better seals to the casing and LED panel, so it’s more water-resistant. 

• Electrical Upgrades: The pump’s electrical lead is now the same length as the heater’s, with a water-resistant on/off switch for added convenience. 

• Sturdier Mounting Plate: We’ve redesigned the pump’s mounting plate changing it for square steel tube, reducing vibration and making assembly easier. 

• Better Fixing: We’ve reinforced the connection between the heater and frame with extra fixings for extra stability. 

• Anti-Release Washers: All fixings now have anti-release washers, so you don’t have to worry about screws loosening over time. 

• Upgraded Wheels: Say goodbye to plastic! Our new rubber wheels with sealed bearings make for smoother movement and longer-lasting performance. 

• Stronger Hooks: The hose-holding hooks are now twice as thick, so they can handle more wear and tear. 

• Factory-Assembled Water Hoses: We’ve got you covered with factory-assembled water hoses and fittings using brass ferrules for extra reliability. 

• Free Gas Connection Kit With Advanced Safety Features: Every SUPA heater now comes with a free gas connection kit and we’ve added the latest over-pressure shut-off (OPSO) regulator to keep things extra safe. 

• Anti-UV Paintwork: All our frame and heater paintwork now has anti-UV protection to keep it looking fresh over time. 

• Redesigned Outer Cover: We’ve given the outer cover a makeover for a better fit and finish. 

Each of these changes might seem small, but together, they make our SUPA heater a 5-star-plus system. And guess what? We’re not stopping here. We’re always eager to hear from you, our SUPA family, because none of this would matter without your feedback.
