WOW JUST WOW ! I am a holiday let owner , and this has just changed the game ! Normally I would gatekeep a product like this , but it’s only fair to give credit where is due ! This is amazing we have 5 900l hot tubs on site and we can get all 5 done in 6 hours ! Perfect for our turnaround times ! Easy to assemble , easy to manoeuvre around site and just incredible little bit of kit- do not steer towards any air source heat pumps that take hours and only compatible with certain hot tubs , I could go on forever on how this has managed to save us so much head ache and time ! Have been looking for an alternative means to heat my hot tub for quite a while now, exploring heat pumps, solar and pool heat exchangers, I did my research on them all and winter has basically arrived again, so again my search started, as running a tub at 40 degrees when its in the minus temperatures is hard on bills to say the least.
I stumbled across Supa Heaters and was instantly intriged, as i had looked at similar diy products before but didnt fancy messing around with gas on a diy etc
I ordered within 24hrs of finding the site and order was fulfiled fast and had my new heater in no time.
Supa heater arrived and i put it together quite quickly as I had let my tub cool to 19 degrees over the past week etc
my Tub is a large 2.2m x 2.2m tub with over 1200litres water and once i turned the heater on and inserted the hoses you could watch the temp rising and getting up to a comfortable 40 degrees in under an hour!
Game changer and cant wait to the crisp cold nights to bask in the heat with my new heating system.
I used to have to plan to use the tub as Im away with work quite a bit and when water drops to 20 it takes electric heater 7-8 hours to heat.
I now could do a water change and be ready for a dip in little over an hour.
The team at Supa esp Mark have been so helpful with set up and any dumb questions i needed to ask.
5 stars on this product and shall also be doing a youtube review, As i searched youtube for a video and couldnt locate a decent one.

Excellent product from a great company.
Mark was very helpful in assisting us with the purchase and aftercare service, communication was very quick and easy.
The website is very helpful and informative as was the assembly and use instructions when we received the heater.
The unit itself is good quality, easy to use and really is a game changer for heating our hot tub after cleaning to ensure it is ready for the arriving guests.

I have been waiting for years for this product, thank you Supa now I have one it’s changed my business, same day change over at holiday let’s is now possible, last minute bookings are now possible and for events and festivals having hot water for fast turnaround is invaluable I will be ordering more. Bought one of these for our hot tubs at Heygates Lodging.

It's an absolute game changer for us. Brings the water up to temperature in a fraction of the time, allowing us to get on with other things.

Although they can be self-assembled, I used a qualified gas boiler engineer to help, as it is a little tricky if you're on your own.

OK to start with, was seriously thinking of getting rid of my hot tub with the price of electric going through the roof.  After researching alternative methods of heating my tub, I was going to go down the route of assembling various bits of kit, coupled up to a Chinese LPG gas water heater but luckily I saw an advert for the SUPA heater.  Wow, the cost of heating my hot tub now is much much lower than the old electricity bills I was paying, with the convenience of heating up from cold in an hour or reheating from a few previous days in minutes. ( 10 to 15).

Brilliant heater. I use this to heat a small above ground pool which is not really for its intended use, however it works really well. Will definitely recommend to heat a

Well what can I say.
I was looking at various options for heating my hot tub over winter and I happened to come across the Supa heater. I had already spoken to a supplier regarding a heat pump who told me that it was unlikely to work on my area.
I decided to give the Supa a chance and I haven't regretted it.
I was due a water change in my tub 2 days after delivery of the heater. A great chance to try out the filling option. I emptied and filled the tub back up to 40 deg in 2 hours in total.

From there normal heating takes around 45 to 50 mins to bring the temp up from 20 deg to 40 deg.
I won't be going back to heating up the tub using electric after getting the Supa.
